Toan Thinh Phat Company

On 22 December 2011, at Dong Nai Branch’s, the Toan Thinh Phat Corporation held Conference on plan development for the year 2012 with attendance of the leaders of Management Council, Board of Directors, Board of Control, Heads of Sections and Managers of Member Units.

Overview of conference

In the conference, the leaders in charge of fields of construction, education, investment and Phu Quoc Section described the result of performance plan for the year 2011, analyzed advantages, limits and plan for the year 2012.

The report assesses the operation in year 2011, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Man, Company’s General Director said, the activities of investment, trade in all the fields meeting difficulty due to common affect of the economy of the whole country such as: growth of GDP in 2011 achieved 5.8%, inflation index CPI as 19%, strict financial policy, limited the credit flow pouring into the field of non-production  from the banks affected remarkably the market of real-estates ... However, the Company tried to ensure production maintenance, to ensure solvency and to regulate the apparatus in the whole system. In general, the plan of trade in year 2011 of the units achieved against the plan adjusted for reduction in summary meeting for the early 6 months. On performance of 5 solution groups for the year 2011, mostly to be developed positively by the units and in the first steps, getting realistic effectiveness.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Man, General Director summarized the reports presenting Plan for year 2012

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Man underlined the orientation for business safe, effective, without arising bad debts, ensuring the solvency in the whole system, continued the work of restructure especially on finance and vocation in Phu Quoc’s, intensifying the work of inspection – control especially on control of cost.

Expressing the instruction for plan development of year 2012, Mr. Huynh Phu Kiet, President of Company’s Management Council underlined, continuing positively in performance of the 5 solution groups which have been developed including: promoting operation of production – business, continuing restructure, intensifying inspection – control, perfecting the work of personnel and building the Toan Thinh Phat’s cultural life … The whole system should attach special importance on economic solution, effective control of collection – expense.

Concurrently in 2012, The Toan Thinh Phat’s should direct to the 5 objects, in which attaching special importance on the effectiveness of production – business operations, building the human resources and controlling effectively the investment projects.
