Toan Thinh Phat Company

On 16 January 2012, at Dong Nai Branch, the Toan Thinh Phat Corporation held Conference for business operation summation of 2011 and development of plan for 2012. Participating in the conference, there were representatives of Sacombank Group, Management Council, Control Committee, Board of General Directors and Leaders of the member units together with the Company’s officers.

In the report on business operation summation in 2011 of the Toan Thinh Phat’s, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Man - General Director indicated, the 5 solution groups including: Promotion of production – business operation; Performance of restructure work; Intensification of inspection – control work; Building enterprise culture; Work on human resource have been set with special importance by the Company. In 2011, the business operation in all the fields to be met with difficulty due to common affect of the economy of the whole country, however the Company still kept maintenance of production, assured solvency and stabilized structures in the whole system. In field of construction, the Company was appraised highly by the investors on quality and working progress, as opportunity for the Company to raise its prestige and trademark, to expand potential customer source. In field of education, the schools maintained the regularity and met the proposed objects, especially the high-school graduation rate of the schools always being higher than the average in region. In field of investment, the units did well the work of cash flow coordination, assured maintenance of operational regularity in production, business and investment. As for region of Phu Quoc, there were several main point projects focused by the Company for investment.

Realizing the socio-economic condition of the year 2012 to be continued with challenges and also to be opportunity for the enterprise to affirm the real capacity, to overcome challenge, to occupy market, the Company define plans and solutions for promoting business operation. In addition, the Company should intensify the work of inspection and management of costs, should focus on the key business lines as construction and education, promoting operation in production – business.

Affirming achieved results, praising the efforts of Toan Thinh Phat’s staff, Mr. Huynh Phu Kiet, President of Company’s Management Council instructed, in 2012, the Company should continue to promote performance of 6 solution groups, in which should continue to develop the effectiveness of the 5 solution groups as having been developed in 2011, and especially setting special importance on the 6^th Solution as saving in all activities of the Company. Mr. Huynh Phu Kiet emphasized, the Toan Thinh Phat’s staff should continue to enhance the sense of saving through intensification of cost control, minimizing loss and waste; promptly regularizing structure, stabilizing personnel, logically arranging works; promoting study, research, creation to make competitive advantage, holding well and expanding the market; promoting the saving … in order to position the Toan Thinh Phat’s trademark as a strong and steady trademark.
