The Toan Hai Van joint stock company was founded on April 16, 2009, is the main and sole investor of the Vinh Dam Project at Duong To Ward, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang Province.

Toan Thanh Tam Production – Commercial – Service joint stock company was founded on February 19, 2009 with one goal in mind: to become the largest distributor of fired bricks in Kien Giang province. The company is also in charge of implementing the Construction Materials and Tunnel Brick Production Complex Project.
